After getting a few questionable quotes, Steve came at the recc of our trusted handyman, who also uses Steve's services personally. Steve was responsive, on time, explained everything, and did the job (trapping/exclusion, sealing up 3 vents) for a super reasonable price, all within 24 hours AND on a holiday - with no extra charge. It was exactly the experience I was hoping for. He also offers an every-other-month service at the lowest price I've been quoted yet. Stephen came out and exterminated the bees the same day he was called. He then came back later to remove the honey, honeycomb and to clean up the area. He was extremely thorough with the clean up process. He cut open the wall and removed the new and old honeycombs, washed the wood, ground the wood of the wax painted over the area to remove the smell of the honey and honeycombs, vacuumed the old bees and the debris and then resealed the wall to its original condition. The clean up process was a long process but will prevent new bees from building new hives in that area. Stephen was very professional, organized and did a great job.
